In our practice, we draw upon the fundamental modern body-mind approaches:

These methods delve deeply into dance, movement, and somatic awareness for anyone in their daily lives. All of them utilize attention directed into the body (with different focuses) as a source of integral personal transformation.

In other words, these approaches are intended not just for dancers or somatic therapists but for anyone interested in exploring mindfulness and the multidimensionality of embodiment.

It’s not a form of somatic therapy, but the practice can have therapeutic effects.

Important note: Dance skills are not required. At all.
